With every page I post I get more and more excited that I’m close to completing the first volume after so many years. Not because I want to be done with it, but because I have stuck this project through to it’s completion. I’ve overcome challenges, criticisms, and doubts from myself and externally. Once this is completed, I will be so proud of myself! I think I’ll relish that feeling for a while before I work on launching the Kickstarter Campaign to help to fund the printing of the volume.
If you can’t bear waiting for the next page, don’t forget that by being just a $1 Patron on my Patreon will give you access to 5 pages in advance to public reading! I would really appreciate all and any support you can give me. But if a recuring paying isn’t your jam, you can also donate by sending a one time donation here
Since changing my main job to tattooing, I am battling to find time to create Orbit: Encounter at the moment. So please do support my Patreon, the more financial support I can get the more that’ll fund my ability to set aside time to creating and posting this, which will mean the faster you get to read it! You can always check out my Etsy shop too, if you do, make sure to take advantage of this discount code: THANKYOU10
I hope you are all well, and are enjoying this chapter so far.

I really enjoy how this page turned out. The busy-ness with the sense of motion is something I feel I couldn’t believe I could achieve.
I’ve had a bit of computer trouble recently – the latest windows update clashes with my graphics driver and corrupted all my start-up/boot logs. Which hasn’t been fun to try and fix for the past week. Hence a delay to my intended bi-monthly updates.
PSA: I will be opening for a few commission slots early next month, be sure to follow my posts here, Twitter @rocket_akita, Patreon, or Discord channel to be in for a chance to grab a slot.

By donating you’re helping me be able to create content of Orbit: Encounter without having to worry quite so much about also having to work on other projects to fund this personal project.
Apologies in the massive delay in posting a page update – I’ve been battling my executive dysfunction for most of last month, and then last week my ferret unfortunately needed to be put to sleep.
I’m trying to be better with my schedule, but it has been proving challenging. I’ve basically had to reset my daily routine and rebuild it from scratch to work out how much I can and can’t achieve on an average day.
Anyway, I have been using the new timelapse feature on ClipStudio pro. So now along with a process GIF for those who pledge $15+, you get a file attachment of the time lapse video!!
